XII. Violin Master Class in Zebegény 2022

For the 12th time violinist Márta Ábrahám, professor of  Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music Budapest will hold a master class in violin in the scenic Zebegény. The six-day event will take place from June 12 to 18th, 2022. Teachers welcome young violinists and chamber groups to apply for active workshops: violin lessons, chamber music, improvisation with the students of the Szőnyi Fine Art Camp, lectures, films, gala concerts.The inspirational environment, the tranquility of the Danube Bend, and its wonderful natural conditions provide an excellent opportunity for resting and relaxation along with intensive practice and rehearsals. The language of the course is Hungarian and English, the fee is 200 Euro for active participants and free for passive students.

 

Music Academy students receive a credit for attending the course.
The course will be particularly useful for young musicians preparing for violin recordings at the Academy of Music and for those who value knowledge and experience, as theory turns into practical stage experience.

 

The course will begin with an opening concert on Sunday, 12th Juni at 6:00 pm at the Catholic Church in Zebegény. The closing concert will be held on Saturday, Juni 18th at 6:00 pm with the participation of students and teachers. Admission to both concerts is free!
